Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FlightOut. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The Service

FlightOut is an automated flight search and price-monitoring service. For each alert you create, we search across multiple departure and return dates within your chosen travel month and continuously monitor round-trip prices on the route, cabin class, and target price you specified. When we find a flight at or below your target, we send you an email alert. We are not a travel agency and we do not sell tickets — every alert links to a third-party booking site (typically Google Flights) where you complete the purchase yourself.

2. Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits, or violate these terms.

3. Subscription Plans

• Free plan: 1 active alert at a time, Economy class only, fixed 3-day search-and-monitor window with a 1-month cooldown between alerts, searched and monitored once per day. Free forever, no card required.
• Premium plan: up to 2 concurrent alerts, Economy + Business + First class, user-chosen search-and-monitor duration up to 12 months, searches and price checks every 6 hours, and a weekly progress report summarizing the lowest prices observed and how close each alert is to your target. Billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor.

We may change plan features or pricing in the future; existing paid subscribers will be notified before any change takes effect on their next renewal.

4. Billing & Cancellation

Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain Premium features until then. Payments already made are final and non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

5. Deal Accuracy & Availability

Flight prices change constantly and are controlled entirely by airlines and booking platforms. We work hard to surface deals as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee that any specific fare will still be available when you click through to book. The price, dates, airline, and seat availability shown in an alert reflect the data at the moment of detection and may change within minutes. You are responsible for verifying all trip details — including baggage rules, transit visas, and total cost — on the booking site before purchasing.

5a. Price Alerts & Market Volatility

FlightOut searches across multiple dates within your chosen travel month and continuously monitors flight prices, sending an alert as soon as a flight at or below your target is found. However, flight prices are volatile by nature and may change within minutes or hours of an alert being sent.

FlightOut accepts no liability if the alerted price is no longer available at the time you view the email or attempt to book, whether due to a delay in checking your email, a price change by the airline, or seats being sold out.

We recommend the following to make the most of FlightOut alerts:

• Check alert emails as soon as possible.
• Book immediately upon receiving an alert, without delay.
• Verify the final price directly on the airline's website or the booking platform before completing the transaction.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, copy, or resell the service; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) use the service to send spam or harass others; or (d) use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlightOut is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any deal we surface will be available for booking.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightOut and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost savings, missed travel opportunities, or expenses incurred from booking flights based on our alerts. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will continue to apply.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the site. Continued use of FlightOut after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
